I keep coming back here. The place offers a modern, thoughtful take on south Italian tradition in a contemporary way. Well-executed local dishes, quality ingredients, and careful presentation. The wine list is curated and well matched to the menu. I like the local beer though. Warm, minimalist setting and a relaxed but polished atmosphere. A solid choice in Fasano for those who enjoy traditional flavours done properly - without nostalgia overload.

Had a really great meal at Forcella. We found this restaurant by chance thanks to the great and well deserved google reviews. Their pasta dishes were insanely good, probably one of the best pasta's I've had on this trip to Italy. Grilled meats were okay, the side of potatoes we had though was really good. If you're in Fasano, this place is definitely worth a visit.

Thank you for the wonderful NYE dining experience! The food was a real treat and the service was so friendly and impeccable. Two in our group of six were vegetarian and the staff was very accommodating had options (off the fixed menu) for them which were just outstanding. We would highly recommend Forcella!

Excellent evening with delicious food and wine and very good service. Homemade dishes all beautifully presented. After 10 days travelling in Italy, this was my favourite meal - highly recommended!

This restaurant has been one of the best experiences we’ve had since we’ve been in n the region. The staff were genuine and friendly, I’d go back based on them alone. But the food… was out of this world! Some of the most authentic and creative dishes I’ve had during my stay here in Puglia. 10/10 would recommend to all who visit Fasano.

We ate here on Friday night (16 May). It was wonderful. Beautiful food and amazing service. I am gluten free and they provided special bread options before the meal and talked me through what I could have from the menu. Such lovely attentive staff. While we were paying the bill we got chatting to the owner who was truely charming and offered us a "digestivo" while we chatted. He was interested in our travel (we are here from New Zealand). A wonderful dining experience.
